Return policy

Retail orders

All the stamps for sale in our shop are sold online through BuyOlympia. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, they will promptly send you the correct item or issue a refund. Full details can be found on their Exchanges & Returns page. If you ordered from BuyOlympia and have questions about your order status, please don’t hesitate to email them at support@nullbuyolympia.com.

Custom stamp orders

All sales are final. In the event you have ordered custom stamps and would like to cancel an order in progress, as indicated on our custom stamp uploading page, a minimum of 50% is non-refundable. Send us an email indicating your request. We will cease production and promptly refund the balance.

 

We carefully package our custom stamps for shipment, but sometimes a package is damaged in transit. If you received a damaged item, please send us detail photographs of the damaged package and product via email, we will promptly reprint and send you a replacement. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

 

International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government in addition to the shipping fees shown below. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount that may be charged.
