About FTF. Created by Arizona voters, First Things First partners with families and communities to help our state’s young children be ready for success in kindergarten and beyond.
Grants. First Things First invests in strategies and programs that support the development, health and learning of children birth to age 5 (before kindergarten).

The FTF Pima South Region funds the program, which provides parents with free, in-home visits from a parent educator.
The FTF Santa Cruz Region funds the program, which provides parents with no-cost, in-home visits from a parent educator.
The FTF Pima North Regional Council funds the Parents as Teachers Children with Special Needs program that provides the family with a parent coach.
The Healthy Families home visitation program provides parents with regular in-home visits from a trained parent coach.
