What time can I get my wristband and festival packet?
General Admission ticket holders may check in early at the following times –
Friday, Feb. 17th – 4pm – 8pm in the Lovell Building.
Saturday, Feb. 18th – 10am at the ticket tent on the corner of 15th & Duane.
Twilight ticket holders may begin checking in at the ticket tent on the corner of 15th & Duane beginning at 6pm on the day of the fest.
Please have your Eventbrite ticket barcode and valid ID handy.
I have a Twilight Ticket, when can I check in?
There is no early check-in for Twilight Ticket holders. Twilight Ticket holders can not check in until 6 pm.
What time does the festival actually open? When does it end?
The festival grounds will open at noon for General Admission ticket holders. Once you have your wristband from the ticket tent, you may enter through several entry points around the block. The festival ends at 10 pm sharp.
Where do I enter the festival?
Once you have scanned your ticket and have a wristband from the ticket tent on 15th and Duane, you may re-enter via the ticket tent, the double doors on 15th, the Fort George Garden on Exchange, the corner of 14th and Exchange, and the corner of 14th and Duane.
Is there a shuttle?
Free shuttles will continually run between Fort George and downtown Astoria hotels from 5 pm to 11 pm. These go as far east as Astoria Crest Motel and as far west as Best Western Astoria Bayfront. Catch those shuttles at 15th & Duane, next to the ticket tent. Your wristband is your ticket to ride.
Can I purchase a second glass? What do I do if my glass breaks?
Extra tasting glasses are for sale at the merch booth in the Blue Room. They are $10. You must have a hand stamp and a wristband to purchase a glass.
Can I purchase more tokens? How much are tokens?
Tokens are $1 and can be purchased in the Upstairs Pizzeria, the Downstairs Pub, the Lovell Taproom, and at the Merch Booth in the Blue Room.
Can I use cash and card at beer/food/merch stations?
Cash will only be accepted in Merch Land. All food & token stations will accept card only, and tokens must be used for stout samples.
Are bags allowed in the fest? What is not allowed in the fest?
You may bring a bag to the festival and we do encourage you to bring your own water vessels. You may not bring outside meals or alcohol to the event.
Can I wear a pretzel necklace?
Sure, small snacks are fine. We don’t want you getting hangry.
Can I bring my dog?
Service animals only, please. The block is just too crowded for pets today.
Can I bring my own water? Will you have water stations available?
We highly recommend you bring a water vessel. There will be several water stations around the block to keep you hydrated.
Can I leave the festival and get back in?
Once you have scanned your ticket and have a wristband, you may come and go from any entrance/exit at the festival, as often as you like. Please show your wristband to the security person as you enter, and please show your empty stout glass as you leave. No alcohol is allowed to leave the festival grounds.
Will you have non-stout beverages?
There will be a few non-stout beers, ciders, and wine on tap in the Upstairs Pizzeria, the Downstairs Pub, and the Lovell Taproom. These are served in your taster glass, 3oz at a time, and are paid for with tokens. * token for non-stout beer, * for cider, and *** for wine.
I bought a 3rd party ticket, do you need to match my ID to my ticket?
We do not match names on tickets to IDs. Tickets are completely transferrable. As long as the ticket will scan and you have a valid ID showing you are 21+, you may enter the festival. Please be careful with 3rd party purchases. Fort George & Eventbrite cannot guarantee their authenticity.
I can’t find my ticket? Where do I go to get a copy?
You should have received your purchased tickets via email from Eventbrite. Look for your confirmation along with the ticket .pdf in your email inbox or spam folder. You can either print the ticket or we can scan the barcode from your device at the ticket tent. If you still can’t find it, you may log into your Eventbrite account to get a copy. If you are still having issues, contact Eventbrite at 1-855-286-9808 or online at https://www.eventbrite.com/contact-us/. All tickets are handled through Eventbrite.
Will it be cold?
Yes. Be prepared for the weather. Most of the festival is outside.
Will it rain?
Let’s hope it rains stout. But again, be prepared for the weather.
