Ales & Ideas: Women’s Perspective on Work in Clatsop County

On Thursday, October 6th, Ales & Ideas Presents Women’s Perspectives on Work in Clatsop County, a panel discussion with the Alliance for Equity in Education

Heather Douglas, Project Coordinator for the Alliance for Equity in Education will moderate a panel discussion on Women’s Perspectives on Work in Clatsop County. Members of the panel will include Shawna Little River ( tənas-imaɬ) – Tribal Outreach and Communications Liaison, Dr. Amanda Daniela Cortez – Instructor of Social Sciences Clatsop Community College, and Mia Matias – Prevention Program Coordinator at The Harbor. Attendees are invited to join us for a conversation with the panel utilizing a problem/solution format to discuss equity and inclusion for women in rural workplaces.

Join Clatsop Community College in the Fort George Lovell Showroom every 1st Thursday October – May for Ales & Ideas. Doors open at 6pm with food & beverages available via the window, talk starts at 7pm. All ages welcome and never a cover!
