Fort George and the Original Dinerant "Hot Dog and Beer Pairing" 7/29

In celebration of Oregon Craft Beer Month, and SUMMER, Fort George Brewery is teaming up with the Original Dinerant for an extreme summer “hot dog and beer pairing.”  These are not your Mom’s Oscar Mayer Wieners.  Chef Ryan Bleibtrey has carefully planned four courses of encased entrees, from radical to traditional, with complements for each.  From there Fort George brewer, Spencer Gotter, has matched some exceptional summertime brews to wash down the grub.  Start to finish, Sunrise Oatmeal Pale Ale, Spruce Budd Ale, an unnamed Imperial IPA dubbed an “aromatic faux Imperial Pilsner,” and the Working Girl Porter will complete the cycle.  Staged on the Friday of the Oregon Brewers Festival, in the heart of Downtown Portland, this is a don’t miss event!  If that’s not enough, to warm you up, look out for a special release of Bourbon Barrel Stout before the dinner.

Space is limited.  For reservations, call: (503)546-2666
