You can’t break into the business of making Mixed Culture Saisons by wandering through the fruit aisle with an open mind. But actually, that is one important step. We’ve been crafting shockingly aromatic, sweet, and funky beers up in our attic for a while now and it’s all finally starting to come together. The final stage of our journey was climbing up Saddle Mountain with a pint glass full of Wild Mountain: Nectarine to have it blessed by the rising of the sun on the shortest day of the year. We never undertake any ritualistic activity half-heartedly – the results speak for themselves.
