MIXED CULTURE FRUIT BEER

A true blend of Colorado & Oregon in this collaboration with OMF Brewing. Brewed with Troubadour malts (CO) and Mecca Grade malts (OR), hopped with Nuggets from High Wire Hops (CO) and Mt. Hood hops from Crosby Hops (OR), and barrel fermented in French oak with a blend of OMF & Fort George mixed culture yeasts.

After 16 months the beer was divided with half receiving Rainier cherries and the other half Brooks cherries. We also created a blend of the two, conditioned on Saigon cinnamon & Ugandan vanilla. A full two year project…much like waiting on the release of the new Dune movie.
