Science on Tap: Beer!

Come join Jack Harris and the Fort George crew as he explains how beer started the Industrial Revolution… and other things.

Jack will be speaking through the arrgghhh of a 19th Century Sailor as he explains how beer was made, served and consumed before the time of refrigeration.  From on board sailing vessels, to the ports, and bar-rooms, beer was slowly emerging as a packaged product on the brink of the American Industrial Revolution.

The Taproom is now open at 3:00 on Thursdays!  This just in: This is the last Science on Tap of the Summer, and featuring the best subject, BEER!  See you Thursday-
Cheers-
