Appearance: Dark brown with faint highlights, little to no head.
Aroma: Sweet, overripe banana, chocolate, cherry, rum.
Flavor: Sweet and layered, rich chocolate and subtle coconut.
Brewer's Notes
Bananaza was aged for almost a year in Willett Whiskey barrels, lovingly caressed and frequently tested for maximum flavor extraction.
Hops: Crosby, Centennial
Malts: Weyermann Munich 1, Crystal Light, Malted Wheat, Carafa 3, Midnight Wheat
